At Flexicel, we believe in people, in quality work, and in opportunities that truly make a difference. That’s why this summer we launched a special initiative: hiring the sons, daughters, and relatives of our employees to join our team during July, August, and September.
The goal is to provide students over 18 with their first professional experience in a workplace that’s flexible, compatible with their studies, and rooted in values such as teamwork, responsibility, and commitment.
These young people joined our Production and Logistics departments, bringing motivation, fresh energy, and a great attitude to support our summer operations.
This initiative has also strengthened the bond between Flexicel and the families that are part of our company.
