Melle, March 6, 2020, the IPCOM Group announces today its agreement to acquire a majority stake in Flexicel Industrial SL and Flexicel Portugal Unipessoal Lda, market leaders in the Iberian Peninsula in the Transformation of Technical Foams.
Flexicel, a company with a history of 30 years, has two production units located in Spain and Portugal. It has extensive knowledge and technologies for the transformation of foamed plastics, rubbers, textile products and self-adhesive materials. The company offers its customers a wide variety of acoustic, thermal and sealing solutions, customized for all types of projects and sectors. Currently, the company invoices approximately 20 million euros and employs about 111 people.
