The Flexitect family of products offers materials with technical properties for thermal and acoustic insulation in railway vehicles. They can be installed on walls, ceilings and compartments. They are low density systems with great flexibility at low temperatures. The Flexitect range offers extremely lightweight, self-supporting products that allow for a wide range of designs and shapes.
Flexitect G+ AIG is a solution that satisfies the R1 requirements, with an HL3 result complying with the EN 45545-2:2013 standard. The system consists of low-density melamine foam, aluminium foil, and fiberglass mesh. This material can be supplied in thicknesses from 3mm. Test available upon request.
